What Kind Of Ads Can Be Placed on Mayberry Chess? |
| There are very few restrictions to an ad placed on Mayberry Chess. We do not accept, and will not allow, placement of
"Adult" oriented advertizing. This includes any product or service that is restricted for use by age, including, but not limited to, pornography,
alcohol, and tabacco. |
| Ads that promote illegal discrimination, based upon the laws of the United States of America and the State of North Carolina,
are prohibited. |
| Ads that promote hate, based upon illegal discriminatory criteria, are prohibited |
| It is solely up to Mayberry Chess to determine if an ad may be accepted or rejected. |
| Mayberry Chess reserves the right to refuse and ad for any reason. The sole recourse of the advertiser with be a return of a
pro-rated fee based upon their bid. |

What About Animated Graphics, Pop-Ups, Flash Ads |
Animated Graphics are allowed as long as:
- The animation does not loop. That is, one interation of animation is all that is allowed. The size of the ads must fall within the criteria for the size of the ad.
Of course, you may bid on an animated graphics ad that does not meet this requirements, but multi-loop animated graphics are not allowed.

Flash Ads are not allowed.
You may display those on your own page when the user browses there.

Pop-Up Ads are not allowed, with one exception.
We don't like pop-up ads and we're not going to force them upon visitors to our site.
There is an exception: If the ad contains significant chess content (i.e. a problem, puzzle), the ad will be considered.
