There's A River

There's a river I go to for cleansing each day.
Nothing else will do; it's the only way.
It flows to a ocean of forgivness for me.
This river, it begins at Sweet Calvary.

Chorus
It's all about the blood of God's only Son
When He said it is finished the battle was won.
As He hung there that day on the old rugged cross
It was all for my gain, but old Satan's loss.

When I go to this river there's strength to be found
To overcome sin and lay my burdens down.
All my hope in this life is under that flow;
For the power I need it's there that I go.

( Chorus )

You can come to this river and be made whole.
Have faith and believe and be part of God's fold.
Whatever you've done on this journey below
Is washed away and you will be white as snow.

( Chorus )
